Sure remind me of my childhood in Vung Tau but also remind me of my kid each time he goes to the beach a few years back. He turns 13 now and I am not sure he still play with the wave any more. TFS!

Hi anh TMJ,
Didn't know you're from Vung Tau. I'm from Sai Gon, and spent many summers in Vung Tau. Yah, childhood memories are always precious, IMHO.
Thanks for stopping by.

No, I am from SaiGon (went to Vo-Truong-Toan highschool even) but we used to go to VT every weekend, my father love the ocean . Don't tell anybody but I once run away when I was 13 and end up in VT for 3 months or so ... the result of reading Tom Sawyer :-)

Are you referring to Mark Twain's 'The adventures of Tom Sawyer'? I can understand that Twain can spark all kind of imagination from a young boy's mind. Your secret is safe with me, and of course, you already knew this is a public blog :)
Thanks for sharing your childhood story, mostly fascinating.

Very nice composition, B&W picture and all the sweet childhood memories + "Dust of Life" story. :-)
TFS anh Quan & Tmj (your secret also is safe with me, too. hahaha)
